RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items and promotions. Due to hygiene regulations items such as earrings, promotional as well as sale item are excluded from the refund excange.

We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned orders - only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.
REFUND UNDER CHANGE OF MIND REQUEST
In this period the orders are too many and it's very difficult to manage everything so, we offer a voucher code to use on our shop for change of mind on unworn, unused, undamaged items in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. The amount of 5,00 eur will be deducted from your refund if the gift box and / or pouch is missing.

We must receive your returned items within 14 days of issuing the return id number. We are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR FAULTY GOODS
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange, but you must let us know within 24h from receipt by emailing us at
with the reason for your return and we will issue you with a return id number. Simply return the goofs (with all the packaging pieces), on receipt your jewellery/accessories item will be assessed by our jeweller.
The return shipping cost for faulty item will be reimbursed to you one the item has been assessed as having a manufacturers fault and the return has been granted.
